About Dee

I’ve spent 14 years building and leading procurement compliance, governance, and Source-to-Pay frameworks in global corporate environments. I understand systems, risk, and accountability—and I understand people, patterns, and what it takes to change from the inside out.

I believe the best coaches are those who have walked the path before you—and I bring that same lived experience into both personal transformation and professional performance. Over the past 20 years, my own journey of resilience has taken me from professional chef and arts/English educator to corporate leadership, and into deep work in healing and identity.

Alongside my Procurement and Governance experience I have a passion for helping people grow in their personal capacity. I offer coaching through therapeutic training, Life Coaching, Art Therapy, general and trauma counselling for adults and children, EMDR, and NLP.

Professional coaching and alternate therapy practices for adults and teens. You have been designed for a purpose, let me help you uncover what’s holding you back and support you in building a clear, achievable roadmap to your goals.

I provide life and career coaching and therapeutic arts coaching including the journaling process. Christian based counselling (through the PTO program, developed by City church San Antonio, Texas) , trauma counselling, EMDR sessions for traumatic experiences and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
