About Dee

I’ve spent 14 years building and leading procurement compliance, governance, and Source-to-Pay frameworks in global corporate environments. I understand systems, risk, and accountability—and I understand people, patterns, and what it takes to change from the inside out.

I believe the best coaches are those who have walked the path before you—and I bring that same lived experience into both personal transformation and professional performance. Over the past 20 years, my own journey of resilience has taken me from professional chef and arts/English educator to corporate leadership, and into deep work in healing and identity.

Alongside my Procurement and Governance experience I have a passion for helping people grow in their personal capacity. I offer professional coaching through NLP, alternate therapies practices and mentorship.
